Here you can enter your preferred dates of arrival and simultaneously check for availability of Little Pearl in Robin Hood's Bay and Sugar Cottage in The Peak District.

Price

We do not add a booking fee or service fee on top of your rental.
 

Bookings

When booking a 35% non-refundable deposit will be requested unless the start date for your stay is within 8 weeks. In this case we will require payment for the full amount at the time of booking.  Joining instructions will be sent once the final balance and security deposit have been received. 

Payment

We accept payment by electronic transfer or cheque.  We are unable to accept payment by credit card.
 

The remainder of the payment balance will be due 8 weeks before the start date for your stay.

Directions

We shall send the details and directions once we receive the payment balance in full.

Arrival & Departure

On the day of arrival the property will be available from 3PM and on the day of departure we ask that you to vacate the house by 10AM. This allows our cleaners to thoroughly clean and carryout any maintenance before the arrival of the next guests.

Parking

Little Pearl: Please note, there is no parking available at the cottage however it is sometimes possible to purchase a private permit for the nearby car-park. Please note this cannot accommodate for vehicles larger than a Range Rover . If this is not possible, parking is available at the top of the hill in the council car parks (charges apply).

Linen

Bedding and towels will be provided for all guests with the exception of cots, we ask that you bring your own bedding for infants staying in cots.

Young Children

Babes-in-arms are welcome (please bring your own cot/highchair) - due to the nature of the stairs in Little Pearl this property is not suitable for toddlers

Each property has stairs therefore do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding access requirements

Pets

Regretfully, pets are not permitted in either of the holiday cottages
